    Food Hygiene In Nutrition Unit Of Petala Bumi Hospital Riau Province

    Abstract-Objective: The hospital functions as a place of healing and recovery of disease, one of which is by providing nutritious intake to patients without neglecting the cleanliness starting from the ordering process, processing to food distribution. This study aims to determine food, personal and environmental hygiene in the nutritional installation of Petala Bumi Hospital Riau Province. This research is a qualitative research based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The research sample consisted of 4 people, namely the head of nutrition installation, production, distribution and outsourcing. The variables studied included the reception of food ingredients, storage, processing, serving, distribution, behavior of food handlers, and cleanliness of the work environment. Research instruments in the form of interview guides, observation sheets, and document review as a comparison. The results of this study indicate that the food hygiene at the Petala Bumi Hospital nutritional installation has fulfilled the requirements and is categorized as good, only a few aspects that have not been maximally fulfilled such as the stage of processing food that is good and right can be able to maintain the quality and safety of processed food. Whereas the wrong way of processing can cause excessive nutrient content in food.

    Bullying merupakan perilaku agresif dan tindakan kekerasan yang disengaja oleh seseorang atau kelompok orang secara berulang-ulang dan dari waktu ke waktu dalam bentuk menyakiti orang lain baik secara verbal, fisik, psikologis dan media sosial sehingga korbannya tidak bisa mempertahankan diri yang mengakibatkan korban yang di bullying menjadi tertekan, trauma dan tak berdaya. Kasus bullying saat ini tidak hanya terjadi di masyarakat, tetapi juga sudah merambas ke dunia pendidikan salah satu nya di sekolah. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan melalui audio visual tentang bullying terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap siswa di SMP Negeri 38 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan menggunakan rancangan pretest-postest kontrol group design. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak masing-masing 21 responden pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji T-Independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media audio visual tentang bullying efektiv (p=0,000) terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap antar kelompok, namun tidak efektiv untuk antar perlakuan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media audio visual efektiv antar kelompok namun tidak efektiv untuk antar perlakuan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang bullying. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini menjadi bahan informasi bagi sekolah untuk lebih banyak memberikan informasi tentang bullying.

Waste landfill caused by garbage dumps with a very large volume of volume so that it is deposited with rain water and produce a leachate water (water that deposited waste) causes the quality of water to be bad resulting in decreasing quality of water quality around. The purpose of this research is to know the heavy metal content of leachate water at TPA Muara Fajar Rumbai Pekanbaru. The study was conducted in June 2016 - December 2016. Place of sampling that is at TPA Muara Fajar Pekanbaru. Place to conduct a leachate water leachate analysis at UPT Testing Laboratory Office of Public Works of Riau Province. The method used in this research is survey, where the Muara Fajar Pekanbaru TPA is used as the sampling location. Samples taken then analyzed the heavy metal content (Pb, Cd, Cu) in the laboratory, then the data obtained were analyzed descriptively in accordance with SNI 06-2412-1991. The content of heavy metals cadmium (Cd) in leachate water in ponds 1 and 2 of 0.8 mg / ppm, while in pond 3 of 0.7 mg / ppm exceeded the predefined quality standard. The content of heavy metals copper (Cu) in leachate water in pond 1 of 3.1 mg / ppm, in pond 2 of 3 mg / ppm exceeded the predetermined quality standard and in pond 3 of 2.9 mg / ppm below the standard quality that has been set. The content of lead weight metal (Pb) in ponds 1 and 2 was 2.26 mg / ppm, while in pond 3 of 2.24 mg / ppm exceeded the predefined quality standard.

    Evaluasi Capaian Pemerataan Layanan Kesehatan yang Berkeadilan di Era JKN di Provinsi Riau

    Latar belakang: Implementasi JKN sejak tahun 2014 perlu dilakukan evaluasi tahun 2019. Kebijakan JKN telah memberikan dampak positif mengurangi beban keuangan ketika masyarakat sakit terutama bagi masyarakat miskin dan tidak mampu. Kebijakan nasional ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan kerja sama semua stakeholder baik itu di sektor kesehatan maupun sektor lain di luar kesehatan. Capaian sasaran kebijakan JKN dirumuskan melalui Peta Jalan Menuju JKN Tahun 2012 – 2019. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kebijakan JKN membutuhkan evaluasi dengan tujuan untuk melihat apakah capaian pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan telah tercapai khususnya untuk sasaran 2, sasaran 3, dan sasaran 4. Metode: Evaluasi JKN ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam evaluasi ini yaitu studi kasus. Data kuantitatif terdiri dari beberapa data sekunder yang dapat diakses melalui Dashboard Sistem Kesehatan (DaSK). DaSK berisikan data penyakit dari IHME, data fasilitas kesehatan dan tenaga kesehatan dari Kementerian Kesehatan, hasil survei kesehatan dari Kementerian Kesehatan, data sampel JKN 2015-2016 dari BPJS Kesehatan, data kapasitas fiskal dari Kementerian Keuangan dan sumber data lainnya Hasil: Hasil evaluasi pada sasaran 2 untuk kepesertaan JKN belum terpenuhi 100%. Terdapat 36,5% penduduk Provinsi Riau yang belum masuk menjadi peserta JKN. Capaian sasaran 3 terkait pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya pelayanan Jantung menunjukkan belum berhasil dicapai karena pelayanan Jantung hanya terpusat di ibu kota Provinsi Riau dengan satu pelayanan cath lab. Capaian sasaran 4 juga belum tercapai karena tidak ketersediaan jumlah tenaga kesehatan seperti dokter umum belum sesuai standar dan jumlah dokter spesialis jantung belum terpenuhi dan merata di semua kabupaten/ kota Provinsi Riau. Kesimpulan: Pelayanan kesehatan di Provinsi Riau masih belum merata dan berkeadilan. Cakupan kepesertaan JKN belum 100% dengan kekurangan tenaga dokter umum dan dokter spesialis penyakit Jantung, meskipun Provinsi Riau memiliki banyak rumah sakit da indeks kapasitas fiskal yang tinggi.
